Noah, The Ark, and The Covenant

Noah

In the book of Genesis, we learn the story of Noah and his family. God told Noah to build an ark for his family, for He was going to flood the earth. Noah and his wife had three sons, who each had a wife of their own. He told Noah that he was to take a male and a female of each animal on the ark, as the whole earth would be flooded. Noah gathered the animals that would join him on the ark, a male and female of each clean and unclean animal.

After the flood waters descended from the earth, God made a covenant with Noah as a promise to never flood the earth again. In Genesis 9:13-14 God tells us in the Bible, “I do set my bow in the cloud, and it shall be for a token of a covenant between me and the earth. And it shall come to pass, when I bring a cloud over the earth that the bow shall be seen in the cloud.

We are able to see this sign of God’s covenant in the sky every time it rains today. That symbol is the rainbow in the sky. God’s bow shines in the sky today to remind us of the promise he made after the flood, to show that He will never do that again. Today, the symbol of a promise God once made to the people and the earth is now being desecrated and use as a symbol of unholy means.

Satan has the ability to take anything meant for holiness and turn into something that is unholy, and the rainbow is no exception. I do not have anything against people who are homosexual, they are all people and all people fall short of God’s glory, but this just goes to show how Satan and his minions are trying to destroy man and mans destiny to be with God. Satan wants to take as many people as he can with him into the bottomless pit, and he will do it by any means possible, even if that means hardening their hearts against God and giving them unholy thoughts.

I have watched our Nation fall so far away from God and His love for us, that there is no way for them to find their way back, except to suffer the wrath He has in store for those who do not listen to His warning.  We are living in the end times, and it won’t be long and Jesus will return for His bride, the church. If you have fallen away from God, even if that means you have fallen into sexual sin, there is hope. God will forgive you, He will wash you clean by Jesus’ blood that He shed on the cross. All you have to do is accept Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior. He will accept you as you are. We are all broken. We all fall short of His glory, but He loves us and is willing to accept us with all of our faults. All it takes is accepting His son and the price He paid for your sins. He wants you to live with Him eternally, you just have to accept and believe (Everything else will fall into place).

I cannot say that the rest will be easy, because we are living in the very last days, and the Bible tells us that we will have Tribulation.  Just have faith in Jesus and pray sincerely each day. Read your bible. Learn God’s word and share that with others so that they too can enter God’s kingdom. Be faithful to Jesus until the end, and the rewards you will receive will far outweigh the suffering you will receive on this earth.

There are many scriptures in the Bible that condemn homosexuality that I can list here, but I am not here to preach to you. I am here to plead for your life, your eternal soul. Listen to that little nudging on your heart telling you to seek Him. He wants to bring you home with Him. He loves you so much that He died for you. He suffered for you, so that you could be free. Don’t spit in His face and don’t let the devil defeat you, because this is exactly what he wants to do, is to destroy you. Satan doesn’t care about you, he wants you to fail…but you have the power to overcome …. Seek Jesus out and He will lay a path at your feet that will lead you to Him.

God bless you and keep you all!!
